Data Protection With Paragon Backup & Recovery 2010 Free Advanced

Hi Friends,

Now a days, the life is so fast that it has become impossible to manage everything. Specially, when the matter is of study and have to study many books in one semester and then keeping safe for future use, sometime it becomes a bid disaster. I can see my bookshelves have at least 200 books of different subjects. No, I am not an old man. I just like to read hard copy instead of soft copy. I know there are many people who have a lot more than this number. I remember, my uncle has over 1000 books of History, Culture and Socialism. But now, because of fast life, not many people can manage their hard copy books. They preffer soft copy.

Do not be surprised why I talked about books. In fact, Paragon Backup & Recovery 2010 Free Advanced is available for non-commercial use, only. So, the nearest example is books and students are always poor, so taken as example. But Paragon Backup & Recovery 2010 Free Advanced is not only for books but also for all other kinds of data which you can have in your PC. I have talked about many times about data importance in different articles and always, specially, in Paragon software reveiw. Now, will not talk about data safety but will tell you what they say about Paragon Backup & Recovery 2010 Free Advanced. Reading Paragon Backup & Recovery 2010 Free Advanced features, it looks promising and I think, at the moment, it is best freeware available, there.

I did not know about Paragon Backup & Recovery 2010 Free Advanced because since a long time I did not visit Paragon website. Few hours ago, Peter e-Mailed me about it but I could not write at that time. I was busy. I am late in writing but I did not miss the chance. The reason is I admire Paragons software quality and it is open advice to use any software from Paragon. I am sure you will be satisfied. Well, thank you Peter for letting me know such a good piece of software. I may not publish the snap which you sent me. The reason is it is very heavy and will take time to load on a modem connection. ThanX again.

Backup Features

  • New Cyclic Backup – complete infrastructure for establishing a self-acting data protection system, fully compliant with the set-and-forget backup policy
  • Updated Backup to FTP servers – provide a new level of system and data protection.
  • New Backup Capsule – You can place a backup image to a special secured place on the hard disk called the Backup Capsule that has an independent system layout (e.g. a separate partition) and will stay operable should the active file system be damaged. To avoid an accidental removing or unauthorized access of the backup data, this partition is hidden and thus cannot be mounted in the operating system.
  • Updated Support for the latest hardware as well as hard disk partitioning schemes.
  • Updated Support of all present day techniques to store backup images
  • Disk backup to save not only all on-disk information but also the system service structures. It is ideal for making a backup image of an entire hard disk (including GPT-discs!) or system partitions to guarantee the operating system’s working capability
  • Differential backup  to a sector image to only archive changes since the last full sector-based image, thus considerably saving the backup storage space. To restore this kind of backup you will require a full image and one of its differentials

Restore Facilities

  • New Restore an entire disk, separate partitions image
  • New Restore with Shrink to restore a backup amount of actual data of the image
  • Updated Create bootable USB Flash drive, CD or DVD to recover your PC on demand

Supplementary Tools

  • Check Recovery Discs: checks the recovery media for integrity and bootability

Virtualization and Migration Facilities

  • New P2V Migration – Clones an existing software environment into a virtual disk. Migrate a physical system to a virtual environment by converting all installed software and data into a virtual disk of the required virtual machine.
  • New P2V Adjust OS – Recover the OS startup ability after an unsuccessful virtualization by a 3rd party tool.

User Friendly Fault Minimizing Interface

  • Graphical representation of the data to gain a better understanding
  • Comprehensive wizards to simplify even the most complex operations
  • A context sensitive hint system for all functions of the program
  • Previewing the resulting layout of hard disks before actually executing operations (so-called virtual operations)
