Samsung Note series might be the best smartphone series has ever designed. It’s all models always comes with extra features and specialized apps. Once a person uses Galaxy Note, always stay with it. At least, this is what I have seen so far. It takes some time but once you are accustomed to it, you love it. This is the only phone forced Apple to adopt bigger screens for iPhone.

You remember battery blast in Galaxy Note 7 since last year. Samsung had to recall over two million sold Galaxy Note 7. That is huge number. Well, that story is over but now we have a new one. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 battery got a problem. No, it is not blasting. It is once slept will always be sleeping.

Once your Samsung Galaxy Note 8 battery goes to zero and your phone turns off, most probably, it may never wake up again. So, never let your Note 8 battery goes to zero ever. You need to keep a bit battery juice in it so that it can serve you longer. Fortunately, this Samsung Galaxy Note 8 battery problem is not wide spread. Only a few people has complained so far.

My wife and me, we both have this mammoth, king of smartphones: Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Since, we charged it first time, we haven’t let the battery touch zero. No, we did not know this battery problem before but we just did not let the battery be zero. Also, we do not keep the phone plugged in once the battery is full.

If you have faced dead battery problem in Galaxy Note 8, you can claim warranty if you have. Engadget has a solution for those who are out of warranty or do not want to get their Note 8 serviced.

…try something called stack charging. By plugging your charger in and out of your phone for 10 to 15 seconds at a time about 30 seconds apart, you could generate enough energy after about 20 minutes or 100 attempts to get your phone going again.

I will say if you have warranty for your Galaxy Note 8 and your Note battery is dead, go claim it and do not do stack charging.
