I get a 404 error even with a VPN.
OK, do not use online proxy pages. If you cannot use any VPN tool, change your computer proxy.
Edit: You can google and find hundreds of free German proxies.
I tried another VPN and eventually got sent an email. BUT when I createrd an account in Bitdefender Central it tells me I have no Subscriptions.
