Natively Mac OS X provides a very little support to NTFS (Windows supported file system) that you can only read the files but your hands are tied because you can not write to NTFS. Till today, this an important feature which is not supported by Mac OS X officially. But if you Google, you will find some drivers and software which enables you to not only read the files from NTFS but also write.

Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X 9 is one commercially available software which, also, enables you to read and write to NTFS under Mac OS X. Though this is a commercial software but for time being, users of Seagate GoFlex users, who owns GoFlex since May 2010, can get NTFS for Mac OS X 9 special edition.
