If you have already received your license, skip the button marked number 1, just enter your license in field marked number 2 and press button marked number 3.

To change language, run Ashampoo WinOptimizer 9. On the right top corner, click on Otionen and then Einstellungen.

New window will open. Choose your language and click OK.

A message will tell you to restart Ashampoo WinOptimzer 9 to change language effect.
