Zoom.it is powered by Microsoft’s Silverlight application and developed by Microsoft Live Labs, a sub-division of Microsoft Live specializing in web applications. In my opinion as a future Business Information System graduate, the first launch of Cloud Services back during the PDC conference in 2008 sounds like a breakthrough, though i can say i do not know how serious Microsoft is towards this ‘new technology’ development. It is now 2010 and well…Microsoft is going all-out on Cloud Computing…with the upcoming release of Microsoft Office 2010 on May and June 2010 and the launch of a new Cloud Services website.
