The link is rated “RED” except in Child Safety in WOT Ratings! I think IObit is doing some sort of identity theft! Please remove this link or confirm with IObit!
If I remember, two or three years ago, there was a conflict between IObit and Malwarebytes regarding antimalware signature theft where IObit was accused of stealing. About Identity theft, I have never faced any such problem from them like spamming or advertising calls.
WOT rating depends upon people’s votes like you and me. So, not much of consideration because I have seen bad ratings for good sites and software, the case with STOPZilla (click it). It may clear the matter.

I agree with Perti. I put little “trust” in WOT.(you should see how I rate links to any Apple products..just kidding).I send my downloads to Virus Total
